Veronica Tift

Veronica Tift is a passionate Sexual Health Educator, and Reflexologist dedicated to helping women reconnect with their bodies, relationships, and sense of wellbeing. Through a compassionate, evidence-informed approach, she creates a safe, non-judgemental space where women can explore intimacy, desire, hormonal health, infertility, pleasure, and self-discovery.

Veronica takes an integrative, trauma-informed approach that combines modern science with holistic therapeutic practices. By weaving together nervous system regulation, coaching tools, breathwork, mindfulness, and somatic techniques, she supports women in restoring balance, uncovering their desires, and reconnecting with themselves. Her practice is founded on the belief that sexual wellbeing is an integral part of health and that every woman deserves care that is compassionate, evidence-informed, and free from shame.

As a qualified Reflexologist, Veronica has a special interest in supporting women's reproductive health throughout every stage of life. She works with women navigating fertility challenges, hormonal imbalances, menstrual concerns, pregnancy preparation, perimenopause, and menopause. While reflexology is not a treatment for infertility, it offers a deeply restorative approach that offers support during the fertility journey.

Veronica works collaboratively with clients, whether they are trying to conceive naturally or alongside assisted reproductive treatments, providing compassionate, holistic care that complements their medical team.

In addition to her private practice, Veronica speaks at events, guests on podcasts and radio shows, as well as presents educational workshops for parents, healthcare professionals, and community groups, helping to improve sexual health literacy and encourage open, shame-free conversations.
