How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your request. If the product is visibly damaged or faulty, please include photos, or send them via WhatsApp to 061 302 6730.
Faulty or damaged products
If a product arrives damaged or is faulty on first use, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement at no cost to you. We'll cover return shipping if the fault is confirmed.
For non-visible faults, please return the product to us for inspection (at your cost). If the fault is confirmed, we'll refund your return shipping along with issuing a full refund or replacement. If the product is found to be in working order, you'll need to arrange collection.

Changed your mind?
You may return an unopened product within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following:
- The product must be in its original, undamaged, clearly unopened packaging
- A 7% administration fee will be deducted
- Original shipping costs will be deducted, even if shipping was free at the time of purchase
- Return courier costs are your responsibility
- Returns that show any sign of having been opened, or where the packaging is damaged on arrival, will not be accepted.
- You'll need to arrange collection of the item if this applies.
Health & safety - important
Due to health and safety regulations, intimate and sanitary products cannot be returned once opened or once there has been potential genital contact. This includes vaginal dilators, vibrators, rings, pumps, kegel balls, diaphragms, medication, and supplements.
These products can only be returned if they are still sealed or confirmed to be faulty.
Sale items
Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Exchanges
We replace items that are defective or damaged. Email [email protected] to arrange an exchange.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome within 7 days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method, or by EFT if you purchased in person (please provide your banking details).
