How do I place an order?
Browse the MSH Shop, add items to your cart, and follow the checkout prompts. Payment is processed securely online.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or WhatsApp +27 (0)61 302 6730. We'll do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
Where do you deliver?

How long will my order take?
Allow up to 7 working days from payment confirmation. Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering and we'll see what we can arrange.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order is shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside identifies the contents or the sender.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, collection from our Stellenbosch address is free. Email us first to confirm your order is ready before coming in.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't administer international couriers directly. For international orders, select the "collect" option at checkout and arrange your own courier to collect from us in Stellenbosch.
Are your products safe to use?
All products in the MSH Shop are carefully selected by our clinical team. Our vaginal dilators are SAHPRA-registered medical devices (registration number 00003929MD) made from medical-grade silicone.
Do I need a prescription to purchase?
Most products do not require a prescription. If you're unsure whether a product is right for your situation, we recommend speaking with a qualified healthcare provider before purchasing.

Our product pages include detailed guidance on who each product is for. If you're still unsure, consider booking a consultation with one of our clinicians, they can advise based on your specific needs.
What if my product is faulty or damaged?
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the damage. You are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Yes, within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is completely unopened and in its original undamaged packaging. A 7% admin fee and original shipping costs will be deducted. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Can I return an opened intimate product?
No. Due to health and safety regulations, intimate and sanitary products that have been opened or had potential genital contact cannot be returned. This includes dilators, vibrators, pumps, and similar items.
Will anyone know what I ordered?
No. Packaging is plain and unbranded. Your personal information is handled in accordance with POPIA. We do not share your details with third parties.
