Sue Fuller-Good

Sue Fuller-Good is a physiotherapist, mindfulness coach, a sexual councillor and a somatic experiencing practitioner. Sue has been working in the field of chronic pain, pelvic pain and dysfunction and sexual health for over 2 decades.

Sue is a manual therapist having completed her advanced OMT diploma in 1994.

She completed her MSc in 2002 through the University of Witwatersrand (WITS), with her research focusing on pelvic function. She went on to do training in the fields of chronic pain, autonomic dysregulation and mindfulness. Sue also studied somatic experiencing, which she uses in conjunction with her mindfulness coaching. Sue is a postgraduate teacher in the field of treating the pelvis and all aspects of dysfunction in this region, including pain. Sue has been part of the My Sexual Health Team since almost its beginnings and working in collaboration with other professionals to help patients to heal and thrive is her passion.

Sue works with vaginismus, dyspareunia, pudendal and other neuralgia, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, anorgasmia and others. She works with all patients including transgender patients with their specific needs. Sue is qualified to work with trauma and sexual trauma which she does in conjunction with the psychologists in the team.

Sue has been invited to speak at numerous international conferences in the field of mindfulness practice and wellbeing. She is a published author. Her book: The Sweet Spot: Energize Your Work and Life So You Thrive, is all about ways to feel great and have wellbeing, whatever life throws at you.

Qualifications:

BSc hons Physio UCT; MSc Physio OMT WITS.

OMT 1 and 2, Mindfulness training through Harvard and The Cambridge Health Alliance,

Somatic Experiencing Training through the Somatic Experiencing Institute.
