Please Note

The cost of the STI testing depends on the amount of tests required. It can be anything between R50 and a few thousand Rand. The cost of the STI medication depends on what you need and can be between R100 to over R1000 rand.

All the cost implications will be discussed with you during the consultation.

You will be informed of the results by email or telephone (don’t think no news is good news!) It might be necessary to come in for a follow-up if abnormalities are detected.

If you have possibly been exposed to HIV, the Post Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP) prescribed will cost between R300 to R1300.

If you are interested in PrEP, the cost is between R300 and R450 for the medication. Please do an HIV test and Creatinine before you see one of our doctors in order for your doctor to prescribe the PrEP on the same day.
