How much does shipping cost and where do you deliver?
We deliver everywhere in South Africa and have standard shipping rates depending on where in South Africa you live.
Our shipping rates are updated as the courier companies update their fees.
For international orders please select the "collect" option and privately arrange with a courier company to collect from us and send to you - we don't administer international couriers.
When will my order arrive?
Parcels could take up to seven working days to be delivered, provided that all the documentation was correct and all payments reflected correctly on our bank account. If you need your package urgently, please contact our support team for special arrangements.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, you can choose to collect your order from My Sexual Health, situated at Unit 4A, Stellenpark Business Park, R44, Stellenbosch. Please contact us to verify that your order is ready before coming to make the collection? Collections are free.
