Avri Spilka is a Johannesburg-based Counselling Psychologist. She runs a private practice in Johannesburg where she sees individuals, couples and throuples+ for sex, gender and relationship therapy.

She worked for many years in the Southern African NGO sexual health sector with a focus on LGBTQIA+, consensual non-monogamies and BDSM.

As a psychotherapist she has a special interest in sexual wellbeing, sexual difficulties and working with identities and relationships that fall outside the norm.

She is currently the President of the Southern African Sexual Health Association.
